Cobdown Hockey Club Presentation Dinner
Starters
- Homemade Leek & Potato Soup with Welsh Rarebit
Delicious homemade leek & potato soup served with a mini welsh rarebit - Japanese Bubble Prawns served with a Sweet Chilli Dip King Prawns coated in a bubbly tempura batter served with a sweet chilli dip
- Cracked Black Pepper Potato Skins
Cracked black pepper skins topped with camembert & red onion chutney served on a bed of rocket
Main Course
- Traditional Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding
Freshly carved beef served with yorkshire pudding, gravy and horseradish sauce - Roasted Loin of Pork & Apple Compote
Loin of pork roasted to perfection and served with an apple compote and a rich gravy - Brie Tartlet with a Beetroot Relish
Light puff pastry case filled with Brie and beetroot relish - Grilled Salmon with Mushroom & Spinach Risotto
Lightly grilled salmons served with a garnish of homemade mushroom & spinach risotto & rocket
All dishes served with Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

- Gold Diggers Pie
Rich chocolate biscuit base filled with a chocolate & toffee mousse topped with Dime Bars - Deep Apple Pie
Deep apple pie served with hot creamy custard or fresh cream - Cheese & Biscuits
A selection of Continental & English cheeses served with grapes, celery & crackers
Followed by Coffee & Mints all for £25.00 per head
Cheese Board at an additional cost of £11.00 per table
Juniors up to the age of 16 years can select from the above menu at the of £15.00 per head
