Cobdown Hockey Club Mixed 7's Tournament
Mixed 7's Tournament - Saturday 19th May 2012
We are holding a Mixed tournament (2 ladies minimum and 4 men maximum on pitch - goalkeeper of either gender). No Entry without a goalkeeper!
Starting at 10.30am and hoping to end the day at about 5pm. Suggestions of a minimum of 8 to a squad as it can be quite tiring. Age restriction of 15 years upwards.
As many will know last years event was a huge success - let's hope the weather is with us again! We have a great location and quality grass pitches and of course a lovely setting for a great social occasion. Cobdown bar will be available for refreshments and food.
To cover costs, entry will be £40, per team, cheques payable to Cobdown Hockey Club. Subject to other commitments, it is hoped that a panel of umpires from the KHUA will officiate the tournament.
If you are interested in entering a side, please get in touch as soon as possible as due to timings it will be on a first come first served basis. All entries to be in by 21st April 2012, any problems with this then please contact the organiser, Karen Chapman. It would be great to have you on board. If you're not the decision maker at your club, please let the relevant person or committee know. Note that clubs can enter more than one team, but squads MUST be kept separate.
