Now there's a game that fits around your life.
It's fast.
It's furious.
It's fun.
It's indoors.
It's outdoors.
It's smaller pitches.
It's 5-a-side.
Now you can play whenever and wherever you want.

Whether you join as a team or an individual, we accommodate all abilities and all playing equipment is provided!
If you're 16+ getting started is simple! Individual players can register for open pay and play sessions without needing to be part of a team.

When and where are our Rush Hockey sessions?

  • Tuesday 24th January 2017 - 20:00 to 21:00 - Adults (16+)
  • Tuesday 7th February 2017 - 20:00 to 21:00 - Adults (16+)
  • Tuesday 21st February 2017 - 20:00 to 21:00 - Adults (16+)
  • Tuesday 7th March 2017 - 20:00 to 21:00 - Adults (16+)

£5 per adult (First session is FREE!)
Whatever your age, skill level or fitness, everybody is welcome! Kit is provided, all you need to bring is yourself and a bottle of water.

Get your first rush - The Rules

We believe that keeping it simple is the best way forward! Rush hockey is furiously fast, furiously fun and so simple to play
  • Teams are 5-a-side with squads made up of up to 7 players
  • The game involves no deliberate:
    • Feet
    • Using the back of the stick
    • Stick tackling
    • Contact with other players
  • Neither the stick or the ball should be raised above knee height
  • A sideline ball is taken from the point of exit. The ball can either be passed to a team member or taken into play yourself (known as a self pass)
  • Players can shoot from anywhere
  • When a rule is broken the ball will be awarded to the opposing team where it can either be passed to a team member or taken into play yourself (known as a self pass)
  • After a goal is scored, play is restarted from the centre of the pitch
